1. Account & Login Issues
Having trouble logging in?
- •Make sure you are using the email you registered with.
- •If you forgot your password or magic link isn't working, use the "Forgot Password" option in the app.
- •Still can't sign in? Contact us below.
2. Subscription & Billing
Monthly and yearly subscriptions unlock full PokéLens features.
To manage or cancel your subscription:
- •Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
- •For billing questions or refunds, contact Apple Support.
3. Using PokéLens
- •Scan Pokémon cards to instantly identify them.
- •Track your collection, see real-time and historical prices, and view your portfolio value.
- •All your data is private and securely stored in your account.
